Class of 2001

Bio:  Sarah is an account manager for promotions and campaign management for Marriott International, where she has worked for 12 years. After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2005, Sarah went on to develop and execute hotel marketing plans and is now leading promotional campaigns for hotels and destinations across 30+ Marriott brands in the Eastern Region of the United States. Throughout her career, she has worked with some of the most beautiful hotels and resorts across Florida.

Influence of Carroll County Schools:  Attending the Carroll County School District helped Sarah discover who she was meant to be.  Math, science, English, Spanish and history classes made her a well-rounded student, which contributed to her college and career achievements. Music, theater, sports and clubs helped her grow socially and develop the leadership skills, creative thinking and outgoing personality needed to succeed within the hotel marketing industry.

We in the Carroll County School District are proud of our alumni, which is why we launched a project to highlight distinguished graduates of our school district.
