Jeff Fremin has served as grant writer and public relations director for Carroll County Schools since 2004 after 17 years as a middle school and high school English and journalism teacher. Married to his wife Robin for 21 years, they have six children. A South Louisiana native, Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in English education from Nicholls State University, master’s degree in English from the University of Louisville, and is working on a second master’s degree in instructional leadership from Northern Kentucky University.
