All students are required to have an updated enrollment for each school year.
Carroll County Schools - Online Registration for the 2021-22 school year is now open!! The online registration process will walk you through a series of steps to enter or confirm information about your student(s), parents/guardians, and emergency contacts.
Please note that when enrolling or updating any student information, make sure you choose the 2021-2022 school year option.
Before you begin, please gather the following:
- Household information: Addresses and phone numbers
- Parent/guardian information: Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
- Student information: Demographic and health/medication information
- Emergency contact: Phone numbers
If you currently have a student enrolled in the Carroll County School District in Grades K-12, you will register by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account and clicking on Online Registration. If you do not remember your username or password, you can call the board office at 502-732-7070 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.

Kiosk - This link is for NEW families only. If you already have a child in the district, please DO NOT use this link.
Registration for Kindergarten
Students must be five (5) on or before August 1, 2021 to enroll. If your child will turn five (5) years old between August 2nd and October 1st you may apply for an exemption to start your child early. This form needs to be picked up at Kathryn Winn Primary and returned before May 1st - no exceptions.
Only the primary parent/guardian may complete online registration.
The registration process varies depending on whether you are enrolling a new student, updating an existing student, or a combination of both.
If you are enrolling a new student, please access the section titled “New Students” and follow the outlined steps using the provided link.
If you are the parent/guardian of an existing student please access the section titled “Annual Update.” It is important to follow the steps outlined in order.
