Volunteers are a very important part of our schools, and are always in need of people who want to make a difference for our kids.
How to become a Volunteer
Complete the following paperwork:
1 - Youth Leader Request
2 - Background Check Form
3 - Fingerprint Card (Sample fingerprint card following shows the blanks that need to be completed on the finger print card).
You can download these forms HERE or you can pick them up at the Carroll County Board of Education.
Return all completed paperwork to the Carroll County Board of Education. The Personnel Assistant will set up and appointment for you to go to a location either in Louisville or Florence and they will assist you in the digital process of your fingerprints.
Once the Carroll County Board of Education receives the background reports from the Kentucky State Police and the Administrative Office of the Courts, you will receive a letter stating whether you have been approved/not approved to volunteer or attend field trips.
