Kala, an instructional assistant at Kathryn Winn, is pursuing her dream to become a teacher 👩🏫. She’s currently a senior at Northern Kentucky University in the first Option 9 program , an alternative path designed for Instructional Assistants to earn their bachelor’s degree and teacher certification while continuing to work in schools. 🎓📚
She’s on track to graduate May 9, 2026 with her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K–5)! 🎊🖤💛
