📚Staff members will not report to school buildings, but they will be in contact with your student to share expectations for the day.
⚠️All extracurricular activities are cancelled.
Thank you for your flexibility and patience. Please stay safe and warm! 🖤💛

💻Hello Panther Families! You can get tech support during NTI Days if your child is having technical issues. Please call 732-1066 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. for assistance.💻

Hello Cartmell families! We hope you and your family are staying warm and safe. Are you looking for more academic engagement during these NTI days? Did you know you can work on your iReady path from home? Visit CCSLinks and click the "Cartmell" tab, just like when you are at school. You'll need to use your student email (firstname.lastname@stu.carroll.kyschools.us) and your school-issued password in order to log in.
Parents, please note: iReady student MyPaths should be completed independently. This adaptive program provides instruction at your child's current instructional level. If you provide too much support, the program will think your child has mastered the skill before they are ready. While you can provide some instruction with DIFFERENT types of problems, make sure you let your child solve the problems provided on MyPath independently. For example, if your child is given the problem "386+149", you could give them a practice problem "274+502." Then, you can have them do the original problem on their own in the MyPath program.

Cartmell Elementary students had a little fun posing for photos while enjoying their lunch last week. 📸😁

THIS WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28 MARKS OUR 100th DAY OF THE SCHOOL YEAR!
💡Cartmell students will be "100 DAYS BRIGHTER!"💡
Let's celebrate by wearing 😎 bright colors or sunglasses--no special costumes or trips to the store-- just grab what you have at home!
*Backup plan in progress, in case road conditions keep us away from the building again on Wednesday! 😉
