The Carroll County High School track and field team honored its seniors and one eighth grader before its meet last night. Seniors Seth Franklin, Traiven Bays, Reagan Miller and Grayson Kinman as well as eighth grader Alex Bolton were escorted on the field by their families. Each received a gift from the team before the meet.
The team obtained a top 5 result in every event. The overall results are:
Girls 4x800 Meter Relay: Shelby Hillebrandt, Makayla Keithley, Josie Dale and Lydia Risk, 1st at 16:41.63.
Boys 4x800 Meter Relay: Taylor Harsin, Elias Cardoso-Ortiz, Aiden Lilley and Alex Bolton, 1st at 10:52.45.
