The Carroll County Middle School academic team is undefeated, starting its season 3-0. Its members include Gregory Humphrey, Johnathan Pirtle, Landon Martin, Gian Zacarias, Dylan Zacarias, Kelsey Hash, Aleeah Mercado and Lillian Rice.

Black and Gold Night will be held next week to spotlight middle and high school basketball teams.
The boys and girls teams for seventh, eighth, JV and Varsity will play one quarter each on Tuesday, Nov. 14. Admission to the event is $5 for adults and $1 for students.
A chili supper will begin at 5 p.m. with games starting at 6 p.m.

CCMS held its monthly house assembly today. Students of the Month were recognized as were those receiving positive referrals. In addition, the band performed and students played a few games before returning to their homerooms for trail mix rewards.
